The Southern Nevada Homelessness Continuum of Care Governing Board is responsible for making decisions on behalf of the Continuum of Care. It consists of 15 voting members and three ex-officio members. Board members serve two-year terms and can serve up to three consecutive terms, totaling six years. The Board meets at least quarterly, with an annual strategic planning session, which can be held in person or virtually.
