Shared Housing
What is Shared Housing?
Shared Housing allows two or more unrelated individuals to live together in a home or apartment, each signing separate leases with the landlord. This housing option enables clients to share the cost of living with chosen housemates.
In Nevada, which faces the greatest shortage of affordable housing in the U.S., Shared Housing offers a practical solution. It opens up access to larger units and supports long-term housing stability for clients within the homeless response system.
