CALL TO ORDER

1. Welcome and Roll Call: Miguel Davila, Chair (3:00-3:05 PM)
2. Approval of April 9, 2025 SNHCoC Board Meeting Minutes For Possible Action (3:05-3:10 PM)
3. Approval of the Agenda with the inclusion of any emergency items and deletion of any items For Possible Action (3:10-3:15 PM)
4. Discuss the needs of the Core Committees, The Youth Action Board, and the Lived X Team, to be addressed by the Board. For Possible Action (3:15-3:30 PM)
   • Coordinated Services Committee: Nicole Anderson and Kelly Rupp
   • Programs Committee: Kirsten Carl and Dr. Catrina Grigsby-Thedford
   • HMIS Steering Committee: Angela Ranck
   • Youth Action Board: Davion Smith

5. Meet and Greet debrief. For Possible Action (3:30-4:15)
6. To discuss incorporating a “Member Updates” section into general Membership meeting agendas for the year, based on feedback from the recent survey.(4:15-4:30)

ROUTINE ACTION ITEMS: These items may be considered in one hearing and in one motion. Any person who does not agree with the recommendations by staff should request that the item be removed from this portion of the agenda and be heard separately when directed by the SNHCoC Board.
