Continuum of Care Board (SNHCoC) will be held at 3:00 PM on July 9, 2025, at the Clark
County Government Center (Join Virtually) to consider the following:

CALL TO ORDER
1. Welcome and Roll Call: Miguel Davila, Chair (3:00-3:05 PM)
2. Approval of the Agenda with the inclusion of any emergency items and deletion of any

5. To receive a report from the Consilience Group on establishing a System of Care by
Arcelia Barajas, City of Las Vegas For Possible Action (4:15-4:35 PM)
6. Receive a report on the activities of the Continuum of Care Committees. For Possible
