The Governance Charter outlines how the community will work together to achieve the CoC mission and fulfill the federally defined responsibilities of running a HUD Continuum of Care, as outlined in the Continuum of Care Program Rule at §578 and related HUD rules, regulations, and notices.
Public Comment Requested
The Southern Nevada Homelessness Continuum of Care is seeking public comment on proposed updates to the CoC Charter and related documents. Community members are invited to review the materials listed to the right and provide feedback.
