SNHCoC Systems Design Clinic

Providers, Stakeholders, and CoC Partners!

The Southern Nevada Homelessness Continuum of Care (SNHCoC) is excited to invite you to the SNHCoC Systems Design Clinic developed and facilitated by the National Alliance to End Homelessness.

All service delivery personnel (front-line and supervisory roles) along with system leaders are encouraged to sign up.

Details

The System Design Clinic will bring together key stakeholders to:

  • Understand and discuss aligning systems components with best practices
  • Understand the importance of quality data collection and data-driven decision making to better allocation funds and resources towards effective and efficient interventions to end homelessness
  • Identify strengths and gaps in the current system
  • Engaging in planning to develop actions steps and timeline for implementation.
Operation HOME! is a community-wide effort to quickly and permanently house members of the Southern Nevada community who are in need of a home.
 
Our community is investing resources to get and keep tenants housed. Financial assistance, tenant case management and landlord support is available to make this happen.
 

Help find homes for 2,022 unhoused individuals by the end of 2022.

In Southern Nevada, we need more affordable rental units to help people in our community become financially independent and thrive. Our community needs more studio, 1 and 2 bedroom rentals as well as bigger units.
