Project Homeless Connect 2026

November 4

About Project Homeless Connect (PHC)

If you are interested in volunteering for this event please contact Miguel Rodriguez at mrodriguez@helpsonv.org.

PHC is a large community-wide event where providers come together to offer on-the-spot services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The goal is for participants to walk away with tangible, immediate support—such as housing navigation, benefits enrollment, behavioral health services, legal assistance, medical services, and other critical resources—not just information or flyers.

We are seeking partners who are ready to:

  • Provide direct, immediate services on site
  • Engage participants in a person-centered, respectful way
  • Collaborate with fellow providers to create wraparound support

As part of the Coordinated Entry/HPS Section, volunteers will be conducting RISE Assessments and/or Housing Problem Solving conversations to help participants identify immediate solutions, prevent homelessness when possible, and connect to appropriate housing resources.

To participate in the CE/HPS Section, volunteers must:

  • Have active HMIS access
  • Have completed RISE Assessment Training
  • Have completed HPS Training
  • Have current Privacy Training

Please note that this registration link is intended only for Coordinated Entry/HPS Section participants.

Your expertise and commitment make a meaningful difference in our community, and I would greatly appreciate your support in making this year’s Project Homeless Connect a success.\

If your agency has staffing capacity, the Nevada Homeless Alliance would also welcome your organization as a service provider at the event. Registered providers may host a table in the section that best aligns with their services, including Youth and Families, Community Resources, Veterans, Seniors, Housing, Behavioral Health, and more.
