Free Vacancy Listings. List and market your properties and available units for FREE on Padmission, our online housing search platform for participants and case managers.

LEAPS Support. LEAPS staff are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and dedicated to assist you.

Supportive Services Support. LEAP’s partners provide case management and wrap-around supportive services to tenants in the programs.

Rental Subsidy. Supportive Housing partners provide permanent or time-limited rental assistance to clients.

Loss Reimbursement. Clark County provides landlords reimbursement for tenant-caused damages that exceed deposits.  https://helphopehome.org/risk-mitigation-fund/

Rehabilitation Claims. Clark County provides landlords financial assistance to rehab units to pass Housing Quality Standards (HQS).

Operation HOME! is a community-wide effort to quickly and permanently house members of the Southern Nevada community who are in need of a home.
 
Our community is investing resources to get and keep tenants housed. Financial assistance, tenant case management and landlord support is available to make this happen.
 

Help find homes for 2,022 unhoused individuals by the end of 2022.

In Southern Nevada, we need more affordable rental units to help people in our community become financially independent and thrive. Our community needs more studio, 1 and 2 bedroom rentals as well as bigger units.
